Christine Pannekoek

After having started her career in a general practice, Christine specialised in employment law, focusing on advising both employers and employees and, if necessary, representing them in legal proceedings. And in this field her expertise includes advising on dismissals and reorganisations, but also on non-competition and non-solicitation clauses and employee incapacity for work. She successfully completed the postgraduate course in employment law at Erasmus University in Rotterdam in 2015.

For several years Christine has been practicing personal injury law, assisting not only victims of industrial accidents or medical malpractice, but also employers who are held liable by employees for the injuries suffered by employees in industrial accidents.

She firmly believes it is of utmost importance to never lose sight of the human side in these two legal fields.

Christine Pannekoek has registered the following areas of expertise in the expertise register of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• Personal injury

This registration requires her to attain ten training points each calendar year in each registered legal field in compliance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar Association.
