Ingeborg Duijts

From the outset of her career, and using the extensive experience gained while she was working at a municipality, Ingeborg has focused entirely on administrative law and frequently advises private citizens regarding decisions taken by administrative bodies. She advises in the fields of general administrative law, education law and social security law. Ingeborg is also specialised in employment law and acts for both employers and employees in situations involving dismissal, incapacity for work and special provisions. Ingeborg's approach is characterised by her tenacity, determination and drive to achieve results. Rather than focusing on problems, Ingeborg focuses on solutions in all her cases.

This registration requires her to attain ten training points each calendar year in each registered legal field in compliance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar Association.
