Paul Nijmeijer

Right from the outset of his career, Paul has focused entirely on corporate law, advising national and international companies, shareholders and boards of directors in the field of acquisitions, management buy-outs/buy-ins, setting up and reorganising the corporate structures, commercial contracts, including shareholder, agency, distribution and franchising agreements, matters involving corporate governance, directors' and officers' liability and debt collection. Paul is also specialised in employment and dismissal law and acts on behalf of both employers and employees in cases of dismissal, employee participation, flexible employment relationships, reorganisations, management agreements, insolvencies and company relaunches, non-competition and non-solicitation clauses and occupational disability. Paul's modus operandi is characterised by his decisiveness, drive to achieve results and ability to act quickly.

Paul Nijmeijer has registered the following areas of expertise in the expertise register of the Netherlands Bar Association:
